At Skoggy, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality Skoggies. However, in the rare case that you receive a faulty product, we want to make sure that the resolution process is as quick and seamless as possible. Here's what you should do if you receive a faulty product:


Evaluate the Issue

First, evaluate the issue at hand. Is it a sizing discrepancy? Is there damage to the packaging? Is the product itself damaged? It's important to determine the type of issue before taking any further action.


Sizing Discrepancy

If you believe the issue to be related to sizing, we recommend reviewing our guide "The Skoggy Size Guide" to ensure that there is indeed a discrepancy between the size of the product you received and the size of the product as listed in our guide.

If the product received is indeed a different size than what was ordered, please contact our support team and we will make arrangements to send the correct size to you.


Damage to the Product or Package

If there is damage to the packaging, it's important to document this with clear pictures and/or a video and provide this documentation to us. This will allow us to hold the carrier accountable for the damage.

If the product itself is damaged, clearly document all damages with clear pictures and/or a video like the above, and include it with your email when you contact our support team. Our team will investigate the case and make arrangements to either repair or replace the product as per the customer's preference.

In your email, be sure to thoroughly explain the issue at hand. It is important to include your order number, the specific item name which is faulty, and images or videos of the issues. Our support team will review the case and get back to you as soon as possible.
