Shipping Time Estimates

If you've placed an order with us and it hasn't arrived or has only partially arrived, the first thing that you should do is check the estimated shipping time of the item(s) you've ordered to see if the current length of time your order has been in transit was within the initial delivery estimation.


Processing Time

After an order is placed, it is typically shipped out within the same day or the next day, although it can take up to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for orders to be processed and shipped out after ordering.


Shipping Duration

As for how long orders take to arrive after being shipped, the standard shipping time estimation for most of our products being shipped to the lower 48 states of the USA is 5-9 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, and 5-14 business days for international orders. These estimations may vary by product, so it is best to check the specific product page of the item(s) you ordered for the estimated shipping time.

To visit the product page of a specific product, simply go to our website at Skoggy.com and use the search bar on the top of the webpage to search directly for the product.


Tracking Your Package

No matter what stage of the shipping process your order is in, it's always a good idea to keep track of your package through a tracking service to know its location and estimate an arrival date.


Our Tracking Page

We offer an all-inclusive order tracking page on our website which allows customers to track their shipments no matter what carrier they are shipped with or where the package is located. Each carrier has different tracking notations, but fortunately, we have a guide on how to interpret them.

To visit our tracking page, simply go to our website at Skoggy.com, click on the help "HELP" tab in the menu on the top of our page, or within the sidebar menu on mobile devices, and then click on "TRACK YOUR ORDER".

Once you have made it to our tracking page, input either your order number and email address or your tracking number. Then click on the "TRACK" button.

Potential Shipping Delays

If an estimated shipping time of 5-9 business days was given upon ordering, this does not mean that the order is guaranteed to arrive in 9 business days. Even though they are rare, shipping delays might cause shipments to take longer to arrive. These delays are caused by issues such as extreme weather conditions, understaffed carrier facilities, labeling mistakes, customs delays, and other issues.

Unfortunately, shipping delays are generally unforeseeable and may increase the shipping duration by 1-7 business days depending on the circumstances, however, if your order has been in transit for longer than 15 days, there may be a larger issue at hand. Luckily, our support team at [email protected] is always eager to do what they need to do to ensure that your order is delivered, no matter what.

If the tracking information for your order hasn't been updated in more than 5 business days or your shipment has not arrived within the initial delivery estimation, please contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance. Our team will be able to help you find out where your shipment is located and what delays it may be facing, and they'll be able to provide a more precise delivery estimation according to the shipment's current circumstances.
