Receiving Your Confirmation Emails

If you've placed an order with us, you should have received an order confirmation email containing your order details including your order number. You can find this email by searching for emails sent from "Skoggy" or "[email protected]".

After an order is placed, it is typically shipped out within the same day or the next day, although it can take up to 3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out after ordering.

Once an order is shipped, customers should receive a shipping confirmation detail containing their shipment tracking number(s) and a link to our tracking page.


What if I Haven't Received Any Confirmation Emails?

If you haven't received a shipment confirmation email, it is likely because your order has not been shipped out yet, however, if it has been more than 3 business days since the date of purchase, please reach out to our support directly at [email protected] and we will be happy to update you on the status of your order.

Suppose you've placed your order but have not received the initial order confirmation email sent immediately upon purchase. In that case, there is a good chance that your email address entered when placing your order was incorrect.
